Because this is a personalized biological product, the process is a journey. Here is what you can expect from start to finish.

Step 1: Consult & Coordinate

The first step is clinical alignment. Secretome is a regenerative product designed to be paired with common aesthetic procedures to support deeper delivery.

• Find a Partner Clinic: Select an Acorn-certified provider.
• Pair Your Procedure: Align with your provider on a delivery method. Secretome is most effective when paired with:

• Professional Delivery: The product must be administered by a healthcare professional.

Step 2: The Collection

To create your Secretome, we need your biological “source code.” This involves a simple, non-invasive hair follicle collection at your provider’s office. We then take these follicles to our lab to store your live, high-quality stem cells.

Step 3: Product Creation (The 60-Day Window)

Once your cells arrive at Acorn, the magic happens. We don’t just store your cells; we put them to work.

Over a 60-day period, our lab specialists cultivate your cells. During this time, the cells naturally secrete exosomes, growth factors, and cytokines—this is the Secretome. We harvest this concentrated essence of your own biology, ensuring it is pure, potent, and 100% unique to you.

Step 4: Treatment Day

Once your personalized Secretome is ready, it is delivered back to your clinic. You will return for your scheduled aesthetic procedure (as decided in Step 1).

Immediately following your treatment, your provider will apply your Secretome. Your skin’s channels will be open, allowing your own growth factors to flood the tissue, accelerate healing, and stimulate collagen production from the inside out.
